By accessing or using Plotlyn, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Plotlyn. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

Plotlyn is a node-based writing and project organization platform that allows users to create, organize, and export written content.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Plotlyn (“User Content”).

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding User Content), including:

  • branding
  • software
  • design

is owned by Creative Nour LLC or its licensors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Plotlyn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • data loss
  • service interruptions
  • indirect or consequential damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Nour LLC from any claims arising from:

  • your use of the service
  • your content
  • your violation of these Terms

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, including in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition of Plotlyn, without restriction.
